Like a thousand times before, the whir of the chain had my mind bouncing from life, to work, to beer. But just as I happened upon a vineyard, I had an idea. The vines of grapes, that aroma. An uncommon union of a wheat ale that is co-fermented with petit verdot and petite sirah grapes. The finished 51% beer / 49% wine hybrid is dry and slightly tart with earthy aromas from the hop build complemented by complex grape flavors of plum, cherry and black pepper. Greetings!
