Directions

Cooking Instructions: Remove from vacuum pouch. Add 1 lb, gnocchi to 4 quarts of rapidly boiling, slightly salted water. Boil for 2-3 minutes or until gnocchi float to top while stirring occasionally. Drain in colander. Serve with your favorite sauce and grated cheese. Remaining uncooked gnocchi should be sealed in a plastic bag and placed in freezer. Need no refrigeration, freeze after opening.
