Caution: product will be hot. Conventional oven: preheat oven to 450 degrees F. Spread Jalapenos in a single layer on a non-stick baking sheet. Cook 6 minutes on one side. Turn product over and cook 5 minutes more. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Deep fry: preheat fryer to 350 degrees F and fry for 3 to 3 1/2 minutes. Let stand 1 to 2 minutes before serving. Caution: ice crystals on product may cause oil spattering when added to the hot oil. Serving: serve hot. Serve as appetizer with a dipping sauce such as pepper jam.
