100% raw. Pri manuka honey is gathered from sustainable, multi-generational family owned beckeepers in it's raw natural state and is independently tested to ensure purity & potency. Manuka honey is made by bees who pollinate the manuka tree (leptospermum etc) and contains mgo, a compound not found in other types of honey. U.S. Fancy Grade. The raw, monofloral manuka honey in this jar was independently tested to ensure an MGO (methylglyoxal) content over 60+ mg/kg. Certificate of Analysis available upon request.
