Wash working surfaces (including cutting boards), utensils, and hands after touching raw meat or poultry. Cook thoroughly. Keep hot foods hot. Refrigerate leftovers or discard. Cooking Directions: Conventional Oven (recommended): (1) Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. (2) Arrange chicken in a single layer on an ungreased baking sheet. (3) Bake, uncovered, 40-50 minutes (cooking times are approximate and may vary. For food safety we recommend the use of an instant read thermometer to determine proper internal temperature of 165 degrees F) from thawed, or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F in thickest part of the breast. Grill: (1) Preheat grill to a medium heat. (2) Grill chicken 30-35 minutes (cooking times are approximate and may vary. For food safety we recommend the use of an instant read thermometer to determine proper internal temperature of 165 degrees F) from frozen, 15-20 minutes from thawed, turning occasionally or until juices run clear and internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F in thickest part of the breast. For best results when breading or marinating, remove the protective ice glaze by holding individual portions under cold running water for 1 to 2 minutes. Thawing Instructions: Refrigerator: Place unopened bag or portion needed (covered with plastic wrap) in a large bowl or pan and set on bottom shelf or refrigerator overnight. Microwave: Following your manual's defrost instructions, thaw no more than 3 breasts at a time on a microwaveable plate covered with plastic wrap. Rotate plate one-quarter turn 4 times during defrost cycle, checking breasts before each rotation. Turn breasts over and recover with plastic wrap halfway through defrost cycle. Cook thoroughly. Keep frozen.
