(2) Cover and microwave on high; stir halfway through cooking. (3) Let stand for 1 minute after cooking. (4) Drain and serve. Microwave ovens vary - adjust cooking times as needed to reach 165 degrees F as measured by a food thermometer taken in several spots. (2) Bring water to a full boil over high heat; reduce heat to medium-heat. (3) Cover and cook for 4 to 5 minutes (2 to 3 minutes for half package), stirring occasionally. (4) Drain & serve.
