Directions

You will need: 1 lb lean ground beef. 2 1/4 cups water. Brown: 1 lb lean ground beef in large skillet; drain. Return meat to skillet. Add: 2 1/4 cups water, pasta and seasoning; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat. Cover: Simmer 9 to 11 min. or until most the water is gone, stirring frequently. Remove from heat. Stir: In Velveeta cheese sauce. Customize it! Top with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese before serving.
