Directions
Thawing Instructions: Remove scallops from bag, thaw in a colander or strainer under cold running water for approximately three minutes. Pat and dry and use immediately. Cooking Instructions: Saute scallops in hot butter or oil over high heat for 5 to 8 minutes. Season to taste with salt, pepper, garlic and parsley. Boil in salted water for 3 minutes. Drain, chill and use in your favorite seafood salad recipe. Keep frozen.
