Description

Barilla™ Collezione Bucatini. EST. Parma 1877 - Italy's #1 Brand of Pasta®. Regional specialties. "Al dente" perfection in 7-8 minutes. Enriched macaroni product. Inspired by Lazio, Italy.

Other Description

Bucatini resembles a thick spaghetti but with a hollow center, known as the "buco" or hole. Historically, Bucatini was made by rolling pasta dough over a smooth stick to attain the hollow center. Our version is pressed through bronze dies, to provide a texture similar to homemade pasta. Bucatini originates from the region of Lazio and its robust shape pairs perfectly with rich tomato-based sauces, vegetables and cheese. Buon Appetito! Barilla® Bucatini with Smoky Amatriciana Sauce.
