Conventional Oven: 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) 25 min. Turn halfway. Convection Oven: 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) 20 min. Turn halfway. Toaster Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) 16 min. Turn halfway. Microwave: High (100%) power. 2 min (5 sticks). Arrange on paper towel. Note: Since appliance vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque. Cook to an internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C). Cook from frozen. Keep frozen until used - do not refreeze of thawed.
