Conventional Oven: 425 degrees F (220 degrees C) / 23 - 25 min. Bake in centre of oven, in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Let stand 2 min before serving. Convection Oven: 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) / 22 - 24 min. Bake in centre of oven, in a single layer on a non-stick or foil-lined baking pan. Let stand 2 min before serving. Grill: Medium-high heat / 20-22 min. Arrange on a piece of aluminum foil and crip foil edges together to form a pouch. When ready to serve, drizzle remaining sauce from pouch over fish. Note: Since appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Fully cooked fish is opaque and flakes easily with a fork. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 158 degrees F (70 degrees C).
