You Will Need: 1/2 cup Hot water (120 degrees F to 130 degrees F); 1 teaspoon vegetable oil. 1. Place oven rack in lowest position; heat oven to 475 degrees F. Spray 12 or 14-inch round pizza pan with no-stick cooking spray. 2. Combine pizza crust mix and hot water in medium bowl; stir about 30 strokes with fork or until well blended. Shape dough into ball. (If dough is too sticky, add 1 to 2 tablespoons flour). Brush with oil. Cover; let stand 5 minutes. 3. Press dough in prepared pan. Generously prick dough with fork. 4. Bake at 475 degrees F on lowest oven rack for 5 minutes (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens very; baking time may need to be adjusted). Remove from oven. 5. Top crust as desired. Bake an additional 9 to 11 minutes (Directions developed using conventional ovens. Ovens very; baking time may need to be adjusted) or until crust is golden brown and toppings are thoroughly heated.
