Microwave cooking is quick and easy! Conventional oven: Place oven rack in center of the oven and preheat to 400 degrees F. Keep fillet(s) in pouch and place printed side up in a single layer on a shallow baking pan. Bake for 22-26 minutes. Note: since appliances vary, these cooking instructions are only a guideline. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum. Microwave oven: 1. Keep fillet(s) in pouch and place printed side up on a microwave-safe dish. 2. Microwave on 50% power for 12-14 minutes. For best results, rotate halfway through cooking. 3. Let stand in microwave for 2 minutes before serving. 4. Pouch will vent when cooked, creating small opening; cut opening to remove fillet. Note: cooking times will vary by oven model and wattage. Recommended microwave cooking times are based on an 1100-watt oven. Cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F minimum.
