Easy to apply: 1. Position side hinges (see side panel). 2. Align over leg, logo above kneecap. 3. Fasten bottom section. 4. Fasten top section. Product care: Remove hinges before washing. Hand wash, cold. Do not bleach. Line dry air dry. Do not iron. Do not dry clean. Do not use fabric softener. Hinge placement instructions: 1. Flex hinge into a "V" shape. 2. Insert hinge ends into the pockets. 3. Repeat this process for both hinges. 4. Use S/M pocket if your knee measures 13 17 in (33 43 cm). 5. Use L/XL pocket if your knee measures 17 21 in (43 - 53 cm). 6. Adjust as needed.
