Instructions for use: hot pack is designed to heat quickly in your microwave. Do not use convection function on your microwave. Always touch-test by shifting contents to check for hot spots before use. Microwave hot pack on a clean, empty microwave safe dish for the recommended timing below. Do not heat gel pack. Microwave: Start by heating hot pack for: 75 seconds. If not warm enough – heat in increments of: 15 seconds. Do not exceed total heating time of: 90 seconds. Do not heat gel pack. To used cold: place gel pack in freezer for 1 hour or more. See microwave heating instructions on product caution tag for use.
