Cooking Instructions: Place the noodles in boiling water and stir. When water returns to a boil, turn heat to low and cook for 3 mins or until tender. Pour into a colander, rinse thoroughly with cold water and drain. May be served in hot broth, cold dishes, or with traditional dashi dipping sauce.
