Additional Ingredients Needed: 2 cups of corn - frozen, fresh or canned water & butter. Optional: Chopped ham. Stop Top: In 5-6 quart pot, bring 5 cups of water to rolling boil. Whisk in contents of Corn Chowder Soup Mix and 2 tablespoons of butter. Add the corn. Stir well. Cover and simmer for 15-20 minutes or until potatoes are cooked and soup has thickened. Let stand 5 minutes. Stir. Serve. Enjoy!
