All You Need: 1 pkg. Durkee Chicken Gravy Mix; 1 cup cold water. All You Do: 1. Combine gravy mix with cold water in a small saucepan. Stir until blended.. 2. Bring to boil; stirring constantly. 3. Reduce heat; simmer, stirring 1 minute until slightly thickened. Microwave: 1. Combine gravy mix and water in 1-quart microwave-safe bowl. Sir until blended. 2. Microwave on high (100%) 4 to 6 minutes; stir half way through cooking. Note: Microwave cooking times may vary. Makes 1 cup. Variations: For richer gravy, stir 2 tbsp. meat drippings or butter into prepared gravy.
