Directions

Lager beer serve at 38 degrees F - 44 degrees F. Store in a cool dry place-content under pressure. Do not store at temperatures above 86 degrees F. Do not puncture or incinerate. 36-41 degrees F chill until thermometer turns blue. The proper pour in 5 steps: 1-Chill: Refrigerate your draughtkeg for at least 10 hours before serving. 2-Rinse well: Each glass should be rinsed thoroughly until it feels chilled in your hand. 3-Tilt, pour, and create the head: Tilt the Heineken glass at a 45 degrees angle. Press draughtkeg's green tap down in one smooth motion. 4-Skim it: Finish the pour with a head of 1 inch. Skim the head with a single cutting motion to seal in the flavor. 5-Serve it: Serve it with a foamy head, level with the shoulders of the star.
