To melt 2 cups (12 oz) morsels, microwave a few seconds longer. In saucepan: Melt morsels in small, heavy-duty saucepan over lowest possible heat. When morsels begin to melt, remove from heat; stir. Return to heat for a few seconds at a time, stirring just until morsels are melted. Immediately remove saucepan from heat once morsels are melted. For dipped fruit: Melt 1 Tbsp. vegetable shortening and 1 cup (6 oz) morsels as directed above.
