Gefen Whole Weat Israeli Couscous


 

Directions

Heat about 1 spoon oil in a pot on medium heat. Add 1 cup whole wheat Israeli couscous and stir for one minute. Add 2 cups boiling water and 1/4 tsp salt, reduce to low heat and cover the pot. Cook for 8 minutes, stirring every couple of minutes. Leave the pot to rest 4-5 minutes before serving. Store in a cool dry place.
