1. Inspect your pet's skin and coat for cuts, bruises, sores or other skin conditions. It is not ideal to groom your pet if any of these conditions exist. 2. For recently bathed or wet animals, first use the rake portion to remove unwanted hair and to detangle the coat. 3. When completely dry use the deshedding blade to remove the undercoat and loose fur. For best results the deshedding blade should be angled toward the coat of the pet. 4. Do not apply too much pressure on the brush as you groom because it may cause discomfort. Use with our fur so fresh dog and cat shampoos.
