Directions

Ready to eat in 20 mins: Stovetop: Boil 2 cups water in a small saucepan, add contents of quinoa bag. Reduce heat to low, cover loosely and cook for 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Turn off heat and let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve. Microwave: Place the contents of the quinoa bag into a microwave safe container; add 2 cups of water, and 1/2 tablespoon of vegetable or olive oil. Cover loosely. Cook on high for 5 minutes. Stir and re-cover. Reduce heat to medium and cook for 8 minutes. Let stand for 5 minutes. Fluff with a fork and serve.
