Directions

Keep refrigerated. For food safety. Cook to a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F or greater as measured by a meat thermometer. Cooking instructions: For patties: shape into 4 oz. patties, about 1/2 inch thick, and season as desired. Skillet: preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Grill: preheat lightly ailed grill to 500 degrees F to 600 degrees F. (Skillet or grill): add patties, arrange so they do not touch. Cook 4 to 5 minutes per side until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F throughout the patty. For crumbles: preheat a non-stick or lightly oiled skillet over medium heat, about 350 degrees F. Crumble in a single layer in the skillet and stir constantly for 7 to 8 minutes, or until cooked through and a meat thermometer reads 165 degrees F. Tip: to measure temperature, place crumbles into a mound and insert meat thermometer into the center, being careful not to touch the skillet
