Crock-Pot Hearty Beef Stew Seasoning Mix

What you'll need: 1 pkg. Crock-Pot hearty beef stew seasoning. 2 lbs. beef for stewing, cut into 1 inch cubes. 5 cups cut-up fresh vegetables, such as carrots, onions, celery, and potatoes. 1 1/3 cup (315ml) water. Preparation: 1. Place meat and vegetables in slow cooker. 2. MIX entire seasoning packet with 1 1/3 cup water until blended. Pour over beef and vegetables. Stir well. 3. Cover & cook 8 hours on low or 4 hours on high. Do not remove cover during cooking.
