How to heat: Our tortillas are fully cooked, just heat. Put the tortilla, one at time, on any dry hot pan or skillet over medium heat. Turn every few seconds until hot. Do the same until you have as many as you need. To keep them warm, an old traditional Mexican tip is to keep the stack wrapped in a towel to prevent dehydration. Mexican soft tacos: With two of our hot tortillas (one over the other), fill with your choice of any hot cooked food. Don't limit yourself to the traditional ground beef. Try thinly cut strips of steak, a whole thin pan-fried steak of beef, chicken, or pork. Your choice of filling may be accompanied with your choice of toppings: lettuce, tomato, sour cream, crumbled cheese, refried beans, rice and hot sauce. Table use: If your planning a Mexican Fiesta or meal, have all your Mexican dishes and toppings at the center of the table. Place our hot tortillas, wrapped in a towel, on the table and have everyone create their own delicious taco. "Provecho!" Fajitas: Slowly pan fry the following in a covered pan: beef inner skirts (skinned and sliced into thin strips), tomato, salt, garlic, and cumin powder. Cook until tender. Serve deliciously hot with our flour or corn tortillas. Appetizers and snacks: "Quesadillas" (grilled cheese tacos). Fill tortilla with your favorite cheese, i.e. American or Muenster style. Fold over and place on a dry skillet, medium heat, turn over every 15-20 seconds, until cheese has melted. "Delicious!" ideal for delicious snacks for kids-adults will love them too! Take our heated tortilla and spread with butter, or peanut butter, roll up and eat. Try wrapping our hot tortillas around a hot dog or a slice of lunch meat. Think of your own delicious filling and enjoy! Refrigerate after opening.
