Microwave directions: Carefully remove inner metal lid from bowl and place plastic cover on bowl. Place soup in microwave. Heat on high for 1 minute. Carefully remove lid and stir contents. Replace lid on soup and return to microwave. Heat for an additional 30 seconds or until warm. Carefully remove bowl from microwave. Caution! Lid may be hot! Hold bowl on the sides when removing from the microwave. Stir contents before serving. All microwave ovens vary. Heating times given are based on microwaves with 1100 watts and equipped with a turntable.
