Cool: Cup is hot after brewing. Please allow time for it to cool. Peel: Locate tab above embossment on cup. Carefully peel back tab to separate lid and filter from cup. Get the most out of every cup. Brew on an 8oz setting. Drink 1 to 3 cups anytime during the day. DeTox can be used every day for up to 30 days. Pause up to 1 week before resuming.
