Basic Risotto preparation instructions: Ingredients - Uncle Ben's® Ready Risotto. Quantity - 1 package (about 2 cups). Ingredients - Butter, unsalted. Quantity - 1 Tbsp. Ingredients - Yellow onion, finely diced. Quantity - 1/4 cup. Ingredients - Chicken stock. Quantity - 3/4 cup. Ingredients - Salt. Quantity - to taste. Ingredients - White pepper. Quantity - to taste. Directions: 1. Squeeze unopened pouch to separate rice. 2. Saute onions in butter until tender. Add stock and bring to a boil. 3. Add risotto; season; stir; and heat for up to 90 seconds to achieve a desired texture. 4. Serve immediately.
