Directions

1. Boil: Fill a crawfish pot, bring 10 gallons of water to a boil along with a 4-4.5 lb. bag of Crawfish, Shrimp & Crab Boil. 2. Boost: Add in Boil Booster to the boiling pot and mix. Add seafood and return to a rolling boil using the boil times indicated below. Boiling Guide*: Seafood Type: Crawfish; Package Boils: 1 sack (40 lbs); Boil Time: 4 mins; Soak Time: 15-30 mins. Seafood Type: Shrimp; Package Boils: 55 lbs; Boil Time: Turn off heat as soon as water returns to a rolling boil; Soak Time: 5-10 mins. Seafood Type: Crab; Package Boils: 6-8 dozen; Boil Time: 5 mins; Soak Time: 15-30 mins. 3. Soak: Turn fire off, add ice or frozen corn to cool water down, and let seafood soak as indicated. The longer it soaks, the spicier it will be! *Boil seafood to an internal temperature of 145 degrees F.
