Palmer Melt'n Make Candy Bark Chocolate Flavored

Melting directions: Microwave: To microwave entire package, break into pieces and place in a microwave safe dish. Microwave for 90 seconds, then stir well. Continue to microwave 15 seconds at a time, stirring thoroughly after each time until it is completely smooth. If melting only a portion of the package, reduce initial time accordingly. Sauce pan: break into pieces and place in a heavy sauce pan. Melt over low heat for approximately 6 to 10 minutes. Stir often until it is completely smooth. Note: Do not overheat as it may cause product to burn or caramelize. Use only dry utensils for melting or stirring as any moisture could cause the coating to separate or harden. Do not cover as this will cause condensation which will seize the coating. If coating is too thick for dipping or coating, add a small amount (one tablespoon or less) of vegetable oil. Stir it until the oil is completely mixed in. If it is still too thick, more oil can be added in very small quantities until desired consistency. Caution: if too much oil is added, the coating will not set on your finished product.
