Directions

Keep frozen. Microwave oven: 1. Remove tray from box. 2. Pierce overwrap in two places. 3. Cook on high 3 1/2 - 4 1/2 minutes. 4. *Check that meal is cooked thoroughly. 5. Let stand 1 minute & remove overwrap. Do not use toaster oven. Cooking times may vary. Use caution, meal will be hot. Conventional oven: 1. Preheat oven to 375 degrees F, then remove tray from carton. 2. Remove overwrap from tray, then cover with foil. 3. Place tray on baking sheet in center of oven. 4. *Cook for 25 minutes, then remove foil. 5. Continue cooking uncovered for 5-10 minutes. 6. Remove from oven & let sit for 1-2 minutes. *Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F as measured by the food thermometer in several spots.
