To Make One Tree: Massage icing pack until icing feels smooth and consistent inside. To start the flow of icing, cut a small opening at one of the corners of the icing pouch. Be sure not to cut the opening too large. Your icing is now ready to squeeze. Starting with the largest star as the base, place a dollop of frosting in the center. Then place the other large star on top rotating the cookie so the stars points are facing opposite directions. Place another dollop of frosting on top and repeat the process with the next smaller size stars. Check to make sure the tree is straight as you continue to build. Let dry a couple of minutes.
