To Fill Grinder: While holding the stainless steel section (small ring above the glass jar), unscrew and then remove to fill. Pour peppercorns or sea salt into the designated mill. Replace the mechanism housing. To Adjust Grind: For a coarse grind, turn the white adjustment knob counterclockwise. For a fine grind, turn the white adjustment knob clockwise. Care Instructions: Wipe grinders clean with slightly dampened cloth or paper towel; do not Immerse in water.
