Frank Gallo Hole in the Wall Italian Dressing


 

Directions

Original Hole In The Wall Salad. Combine in a large bowl iceberg and romaine lettuce. Slice. Genoa salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni and roasted peppers. (Meat optional). Dice. Tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion. Halve artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together. Add hole in the wall Italian dressing and toss thoroughly. Serve and enjoy. Tomato onion gorgonzola salad. On a bed of lettuce place sliced tomatoes and sliced onions. Crumble gorgonzola cheese on top and use a generous amount of hole in the wall Italian dressing. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy. Great as a marinade. For chicken, fish, meats, and vegetables. Shake well. Refrigerate after opening.
