Directions

Simmer sauce with 1 1/2 pounds raw or lightly sauteed cubed chicken for 10-15 minutes (cooking times may vary). Serve with basmati rice. Also good with shrimp (5 min), cauliflower or cubed paneer (10 min). Serves 4. Quick uses: marinate salmon or chicken. Pour over pasta. Spoon over eggs. Blend with yogurt for chicken salad. Simmer with leftover roasts or vegetables. Perishable/keep refrigerated.
