(Medium setting or 325?????? F recommended.). 2. Cook without flipping or pressing until natural beef juices appear on the top. 3. Flip burger and cook until it reaches the preferred degree of doneness. 4. Temperature should read 160?????? F for medium and 170?????? F for well done. 5. Serve as you would a steak or on a bun.
