Directions
Apply: Fold and tear a tattoo from the perforated page. Remove the clear top sheet and place the tattoo face down on skin. Press with a wet cloth for 30 seconds. Peel away the backing to reveal the tattoo. Remove: Use a washcloth or paper towel to rub the skin with oil or rubbing alcohol, or lift away with clear tape.
