Directions

Cooking instructions: Use 4 quarts of water for each pound of pasta. Bring water to a boil and add salt, if desired. Add pasta and stir well. Cook until desired tenderness is attained. (The cooking time varies from 8 to 10 minutes after coming to a boil, depending on the cut of pasta selected). Drain pasta in a colander, set in a platter, sprinkle on either Sclafani grated romano or Sclafani grated parme san cheese add either Sclafani homestyle spaghetti sauce or Sclafani all purpose marinara sauce and serve.
