Rao's Homemade 8 Star Balsamic Vinaigrette


 

Directions

Pork chops with 8 Star balsamic glaze. Heat 3/4 cup oil in pan. When oil is hot, but not smoking, add 6 pork chops and 1 garlic clove to pan. Fry chops, turning once, for about 10 minutes until pork chops are nicely browned. Remove pork chops from pan and drain excess oil. Return pan to medium heat. Add pork chops and 1 cup of Rao's 8 star balsamic vinaigrette. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for about 10 minutes or until pork chops are cooked and sauce has reduced slightly. Serve. Shake well before using. Refrigerate after opening.
