Directions

Cooking directions: 1. Bring one gallon of water to a boil. 2. If desired, add one tablespoon of salt to boiling water. 3. To cook al dente*, place Cavatappi into boiling water and stir occasionally for 10 minutes. 4. Drain in a colander, do not rinse, serve immediately with your favorite sauce. *The words "al dente" are an Italian term to describe firmly cooked pasta.
