Directions

Cooking instructions: Use 4 quarts of water for each pound of pasta. Bring water to a boil and add salt, if desired. Add pasta and stir well. Cook until desired tenderness is attained. (The cooking time varies from 8 to 10 minutes after coming to a boil, depending on the cut of pasta selected). Drain pasta in a colander, set in a platter, sprinkle on either Sclafani Grated Romano or Sclafani Grated Parmesan cheese. Add any one of the following delicious Sclafani (brand) sauces: homestyle spaghetti sauce, filetto di pomodoro, filetto di pomodoro con porcini (mushrooms). Fra diavolo sauce, or Sclafani all purpose marinara sauce and serve.
