Ideal for use with smokers, gas, charcoal and electric grills. Soak for at least 30 minutes. Charcoal or wood: Drain and spread over white hot coals or chunks. For use with gas or electric grills: Drain chips and place on grill rails/front or in a smoker box. Add more drained chips every 15-20 minutes. Cook with grill lid closed for enhanced flavor.
