Prior to use, review the Henny Penny Prime Cleaner SDS and review the oil disposal, vat clean out procedure, and all related safety hazards as listed in the applicable Operation Manual. Clean Out Method (Fryer On): 1. Discard oil and, using water, remove all loose sediment and debris from the vat. 2. Fill the vat about 1 inch (2.5 cm) above the fill line with water. 3. Add Prime Cleaner Fryer Packets per the dosage chart on the box and mix thoroughly to dissolve the crystals. 4. Start the clean out cycle. Danger: Burn risk - Do not close the lid on pressure fryers during the clean out cycle. For manual control fryers, set the thermostat to 195 degrees F (90 degrees C). For other controls, start the clean out cycle. Watch the cleaning solution constantly to make sure it does not boil over. 5. Heat water and solution 15 minutes (longer for heavily soiled vats). 6. Using a clean brush, scrub all interior surfaces of vat to remove any remaining soil material. 7. Turn fryer off and carefully discard the cleaning solution. 8. Rinse vat thoroughly with water. 9. Dry all surfaces of the vat thoroughly and refill the vat with fresh oil. Cold Soak Method (Fryer Off): Follow steps 1-3 of the clean out method; Allow Prime Cleaner solution to soak for a minimum of 30 minutes. It can soak overnight for heavy soils; Follow steps 6-9 of the clean out method. Fryer Basket Cleaning: In a sink, mix two Prime Cleaner packets in hot water to remove debris and carbonized oil; Soak overnight; In the morning, brush clean and rinse thoroughly with fresh water; Dry the basket thoroughly before re-use.

If In Eyes: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing. If Swallowed: Rinse mouth. Do not induce vomiting. Store in a well ventilated place. Keep container tightly closed. Store locked up.
