Easy Ways to Prepare: Directions: Keep frozen until ready to use. Once thawed, do not refreeze. For safety, follow these cooking instructions. Microwave*: Place frozen spinach in a microwave-safe 1-quart casserole dish. Add 2 tablespoons of water and cover. Heat on high for 4-5 minutes, stirring halfway through cooking time. Let stand 1 minute before serving. *For food safety and quality, cook to an internal temperature of 165 degrees F. Cooking times may vary depending on power of microwave and type of container used. Adjust time and heat settings as necessary. To retain highest quality and texture, do not overcook. Stove Top*: Bring 1/4 cup water to a boil in a 3-quart saucepan.
