You Will Need: 1/4 cup oil. 1/4 cup water. 2 lbs pork, steak, chicken or salmon*. Directions: 1 whisk marinade mix, oil and water in bowl. Reserve 2 tbsp. Marinade for basting. Place meat in resealable plastic bag. Add remaining marinade, turning to coat. 2 refrigerate 15 minutes or longer for extra flavor. Remove meat from marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. 3 grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. * Do not marinate seafood longer than 30 minutes. Grilling Tip: Tennessee whiskey apple marinade: Substitute 2 tbsp. Apple juice for 2 tbsp. of the water in step 1. Continue as directed. Great on chicken or pork.
