Francesco's Hole in the Wall Balsamic Vinegarette Dressing


 

Directions

Shake well. Refrigerate after opening. Original hole in the wall salad. Combine in a large bowl iceberg and romaine lettuce. Slice: Genoa salami, provolone cheese, pepperoni and roasted peppers. (Meat optional). Dice: Tomatoes, cucumbers and red onion. Halve artichoke hearts. Mix all ingredients together. Add hole in the wall balsamic vinagrette dressing and toss thoroughly. Serve and enjoy. Tomato onion gorgonzola salad: On a bed of lettuce place sliced tomatoes and sliced onions. Crumble gorgonzola cheese on top and use a generous amount of hole in the wall balsamic vinagrette dressing. Garnish with fresh basil and enjoy. Great as a marinade. For chicken, fish, meats, and vegetables.
