Sear - Heat 2 tbsp olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high. Season and sear 1 lb chicken breasts until browned, about 4 minutes per side. Simmer - Add 1 jar of Carbone Cacciatore Sauce. Reduce heat to medium and simmer until chicken is cooked through and sauce thickens, about 10-15 minutes. Just add poultry. Serve - Taste and adjust seasoning. Serve warm with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh chopped parsley. Refrigerate after opening.
