Directions: Pour a handful into bath with warm, running water. Enjoy a relaxing soak. More Ways to Use: Exfoliate Your Skin: Refresh your skin by gently rubbing a mixture of salt with your favorite body wash (try ours!) to your skin. Hand or Foot Soak: Create an in home spa by pouring 1/8-1/2 cup of salt into a medium sized tub or kitchen bowl full of warm water. Soak hands or feet in warm water for 15 minutes to calm your mind and body. Shower Steamer: Pour 1/2 cup of salt into jar and set in corner of shower, or sprinkle salt directly in tub. Run a hot shower and breathe deeply as steam pulls essential oils from salts into air, creating a relaxing environment.
