Place fish on a lined or non-stick baking sheet. Bake for 8-10 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 165°F. Grill: Preheat cleaned, oiled grill to medium-high heat. Cook for 3-4 minutes per side or until internal temperature reaches 165°F.
